Your health comes first
Our Covid Peace of Mind Policy: You can book with the confidence of our Covid Peace of Mind Policy which is: should we need to postpone your planned adventure as a result of Covid travel restrictions, then you may transfer to any available date up to the end of 2021. If you then aren’t in a position to specify a date at the moment, we suggest you simply move your trip by 12 months. This policy remains in place until further notice.
Maximum Adventure will take all reasonable precautions to keep you safe, however it is ultimately the responsibility of each individual to adhere to government guidelines and keep yourself safe.
Pre-Trip
- In the last 14 days you have not been in contact with someone who has a confirmed case of Coronavirus.
- In the past 14 days you have not had, or don’t currently have any Coronavirus symptoms.
During Trip
Transport
- Social distancing as per current government guidelines.
- Ensure kit is labelled to avoid picking up somebody else’s.
- Face coverings to be worn.
- Each passenger to provide their own bin bag and to dispose of their own rubbish.
- The seats immediately behind / next to the driver must be left vacant.
- Follow the advice of the driver at all times.
Walking
- Social distancing as per current government guidelines.
- No sharing of equipment.
- No passing.
Post-Trip
- Clients to contact Maximum Adventure if they begin to experience symptoms up to 2 weeks after the end of the trip.
