Why not join this guided ascent of the Yorkshire Two Peaks and enjoy the adventure.   To complete this route is to undertake one of the great outdoor challenges in the UK.  It will be a tough day, but worth it for that feeling of satisfaction upon completion.

As well as qualified Mountain Leader, you will be supported by our dedicated team to make sure your experience is fun whilst helping you achieve your goals.

About & Details

The Yorkshire 2 Peaks Challenge is a rewarding challenge.  Starting at the historic landmark of Ribblehead Viaduct, part of the scenic Settle to Carlisle railway, and ending in the small village of Horton-in-Ribblesdale you take in 2 of the highest peaks in Yorkshire; Whernside (2415 ft/ 736 m) and Ingleborough (2372 ft / 723m).  The aim of the challenge is to walk this 12 mile route within 6½ hours!

  • Thursday

    Pick up from Sage offices in Newcastle at 6am and travel to Ribblehead Viaduct

    Meet your Mountain Leader for a Welcome Briefing and begin your challenge at 9am

    Following the chosen route ascending Whernside followed by Ingleborough before making the final descent into Horton-in-Ribblesdale

    Transfer back to Sage offices in Newcastle at 6pm
